Online platforms update – 6.10.23
We are in the process of re authorising our online access users, you will receive an email with new codes to link you to the surgery and set a password. We are in the process of testing this to ensure it works. If you do not have a current email address on our records to receive the reactivation codes we will try to send you a text notification you can reply to.
Please note the NHS app will say ‘Harold Road Surgery’ as this has not yet updated the renaming of the combined surgeries to ‘The Hill Surgery’
