Due to the merge of both Beaconsfield Road surgery and Harold road surgery becoming formally ‘The Hill Surgery’ from Monday 2nd October, Engage Consult and The facility to book appointments online will be temporarily unavailable.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would anticipate access to the website in a week or so, but this does depend on the IT, and how the data transfer works. We will post more information, as it becomes available.
Meanwhile you can contact us on the usual telephone number, 01424755355, or, if you need urgent medical attention, please contact 111, or Hastings Primary Care Hub (tel. 01424 884410).
If you or someone you are with finds themselves in a life-threatening situation, call 999 and ask for an ambulance. Please go to A&E Department if it is a life-saving emergency.
For out of hours use 111, Accident and Emergency, the UTC or the Hastings Primary Care Hub at Station Plaza.

Please be aware that all administrative processes (prescription requests / access to notes / registration issues/ etc) are going to have to be delayed, and sometimes will not be possible until after the data transfer, next week.
