Community nurses

The nurses can be contacted through the surgery, please check with reception as to times. They visit patients at home to assess needs and provide nursing care assisted by the District Enrolled Nurses and Nursing Auxiliaries. They can also arrange the provision of incontinence supplies, some types of mobility aids and other equipment.
