The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions and some vaccination services.
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

We no longer carry out medicals for firearms licenses. We do not fill in any forms for firearms licenses. Patients are advised to check online to find a private Firearms Medicals company to do this for them.
