From 31st October, NHS England is anticipating that all patients in England will have the opportunity to access their consultation notes within certain parameters. Unfortunately due to the complexities of our IT merger and ongoing concerns about functionality, sadly this will not be available to our patients at the moment. If you require access to your medical record, please continue to fill in the subject access request application form, and we will be able to send you an electronic file of your records. The appropriate form will be available to be downloaded via their website shortly.
